Q~  Why do I sometimes see consignments being taken in while there is a “Not Accepting Consignments at this time” sign posted?

A~   If you’re already a consignor, we will have a “code” on your personal consignment page indicating the quality of the clothing items that you usually bring. Out of 4,500 consignors, we have approximately 300 consignors that bring only top designer clothing and accessories which are always in excellent condition or brand-new. As a business decision and nothing personal, we will continue to offer these individuals VIP treatment and will allow drop-offs at their convenience.

Q~  May we determine the prices of the items we bring in for consignment?

A~  Yes, you are certainly welcome to send a list of the desired prices; however, if we feel the prices are too expensive, we will ask you to lower the price to a reasonable amount or pick them up.

Q~  When can I collect my money?

A~   We pay consignors everyday and anytime during business hours.  You will be paid for every item sold until the minute you collect because of our computer bookkeeping. Due to the increasing amount of consignors, we ask that you allow at least 1 week between collections and phone inquiries.
